What’s prompting the health check?

What we review

Your whole org, end to end

Most orgs don’t break all at once. They drift. The health check looks at the six areas where that drift shows up, and at AI readiness if Agentforce or Claude is on your roadmap.

  • Configuration & customization

Objects, fields, page layouts, and custom code: what’s used, what’s cluttering the org, and what’s holding it back.

  • Data quality

Duplicates, incomplete records, and missing validation that make reports hard to trust.

  • Security & access

Profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing, checked against who should actually see what.

  • Automation

Flows, validation rules, and older automation that overlap, conflict, or slow things down.

  • Integrations & apps

Connections to your ERP and other systems, plus the third-party apps your org depends on.

  • Adoption & reporting

How your teams really use Salesforce day to day, and whether leadership’s dashboards reflect it.

Salesforce health check questions

What is a Salesforce health check?

A Salesforce health check is a senior-level review of how your org is set up and how it’s really being used: configuration, data quality, security, automation, integrations, and adoption. Ours ends with a prioritized roadmap, so you know exactly what to fix, what to build, and what to retire.

Is a Salesforce health check the same as a Salesforce audit?

Close. An org audit usually means a review of how Salesforce is configured and secured. Our health check covers that and goes further: data quality, automation, integrations, and how your teams actually use the system, and it ends with a prioritized roadmap instead of a list of findings.

We just need help with Salesforce. Is a health check the right place to start?

Often, yes. When it isn’t clear what’s causing the problem, a health check finds out before anyone starts changing things. If you already know what’s wrong, tell us, or see Salesforce Help & Support for the problems we take on most.

Who should request one?

Growing companies that feel their Salesforce org has drifted: users working around it, reports nobody trusts, an admin backlog, integrations that fail quietly, or a project that went off track. It’s also a good first step before a new implementation phase or an AI rollout.

What do you need from our team?

A kick-off conversation with the people who own your Salesforce processes, and access to your org, set up however your admin prefers. We handle the review from there.

Does the health check cover AI readiness for Agentforce or Claude?

Yes. AI tools like Agentforce, and Claude through Claudeforce, work from the data and permissions your org already has. The health check looks at both, so you know what needs attention before switching AI on.

What happens after the health check?

You keep the roadmap. If you’d like help carrying it out, we can run the work as a Salesforce project or through Managed Services.
