Why MOSHAY SC

Why hire a senior team instead of a freelancer

A quick fix from a marketplace can work for a single task. When Salesforce runs your sales, service, or revenue operations, the help has to hold up after the first fix.

  • 20+ Years in Executive Consulting
  • Precision AI Strategies
  • Female-Founded
  1. Senior on every call

You talk to people with 20+ years in executive consulting, not a junior bench learning on your org.

  2. A team, not one person

Admin, architecture, integrations, and analytics under one roof, so the fix doesn’t wait for the right specialist.

  3. Work you can see

Two-week sprints with a working demo, or ongoing support tracked in one place. Never a black box.

  4. Knowledge that stays

Changes are documented and your team is trained, so the next fix doesn’t start from scratch.

How it works

From “something’s wrong” to fixed

No long sales process. A senior advisor looks at the problem first, then tells you plainly what it will take.

Tell us what’s wrong
  1. Step 01

    Tell us what’s wrong

A short note is enough: what’s broken, what you’ve tried, and how soon it matters.

  2. Step 02

    Talk it through

A senior advisor walks through the problem with you and, with your permission, looks at the org.

  3. Step 03

    Get a clear path

A Health Check, ongoing Managed Services, or a project. We recommend the one that fits, and say why.

  4. Step 04

    Get it fixed

Work moves in visible steps, with changes documented and your team trained along the way.

FAQ

Salesforce help questions

What people ask before they call. Don’t see yours? Ask us directly.

Where can I get help with Salesforce?

It depends on the question. For how a feature works, Salesforce’s own Help site and Trailhead are the best place to start. When the problem is your org itself (data you can’t trust, automation that breaks, a project that stalled, or nobody left to run it), you need people who can get into the system with you. That’s what MOSHAY SC does.

What kinds of Salesforce problems do you help with?

Reports and dashboards that don’t match, duplicate and messy data, broken flows and automation, integrations that stop syncing, third-party apps nobody supports, Salesforce releases that land untested, low adoption, and projects that stalled before go-live. We work in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

Can you fix something another firm built?

Yes. We review what’s there first and keep whatever works. One of our case studies is a Sales Cloud implementation that had failed with another consulting company; we had the client live in 8 weeks. See Salesforce Implementation Recovery.

Do we need a full-time Salesforce admin?

Not always. Many growing and mid-size companies get more from a senior team they can call than from one full-time hire. Managed Services is our outsourced Salesforce admin option, and it can also back up an admin you already have.

How is this different from hiring a Salesforce freelancer?

A freelancer can be a good fit for one well-defined task. When the problem touches data, automation, integrations, and reporting at once, or needs ongoing support after the first fix, a senior team covers more ground, documents the work, and doesn’t disappear when the job ends.

Where do we start if we don’t know what’s wrong?

With a Salesforce Health Check. A senior advisor reviews configuration, data, security, automation, integrations, and adoption, and you get a prioritized roadmap, whether or not you work with us on it.

Do you work with companies outside Washington?

Yes. MOSHAY SC is based in Washington State and works with companies across the West, including Seattle, Bellevue, Portland, Las Vegas, Phoenix, and San Diego. Everything runs on Pacific time.

How do we get started?

Tell us what’s going on and a senior advisor will follow up, or request a Salesforce Health Check if you’d like a full review first.
